We have a GPS-tracks vehicle fleet that allows us to accept and securely destroy confidential waste materials from all over Singapore in a variety of ways. Our specialized secure destruction team and flexible service can collect your sensitive waste in open-top containers, tailgate lorries, or on pallets, in both small and large quantities. Our facilities have been certified in accordance with NEA waste facility license and i-SIGMA (International Secure Information Governance & Management Association)

How Arkiva’s Secure Product Destruction Works
- Schedule an ad-hoc or automated regular collection for your items. There is no minimum quantity.
- Our trained staff will transfer the products into our high security, GPS-tracked vehicles.
- When items arrive at our high-security facility, they will immediately be accounted for and destroyed with our industrial shredding machine. For items that cannot be physically destroy, they will be transferred directly to the incinerator plant. (For more information, please discuss with our specialists)
- Once process is complete, we issue a certificate of destruction showing quantity and details of the collection.
